First Two Pilates Sessions: We require that new clients pay for their first two required, private sessions at the private rate.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard (debit and credit). Gift certificates are also available. All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the limited amount of sessions, Boston Street Pilates must enforce a
strict cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled
appointment, please contact us by 12:00 pm (noon) the day prior to your
scheduled sessions to avoid being charged for the session. If you are
changing/canceling a Monday appointment, you must notify Boston Street Pilates
by noon on Saturday.
Online Client Calendar: As a
courtesy to our clients, Boston Street Pilates will keep an online calendar
where clients may double check their scheduled session(s) as well as help
schedule future appointments. We will make our best effort maintaining the
calendar as up to date as possible. However, it does change frequently and
should not be relied upon as the sole client reminder.
